My Happening Work Life

G, the leech, was asked to leave on 8th April. He was lucky to have survived for 10 months in our company since he knew how to "PR" with the right people.

SQ, the female leech who behaved exactly like G, was also asked to resign on 3rd June. She was also lucky to have survived for 8 months in the company (although she may actually have only worked for 6 months since she as an MC QUEEN).

Both G & SQ shared a common problem - using their 'smartness' in the wrong way. First, G made a lot of mistakes and received lots of complaints by clients, but since he knew the right people, he still remained in the company, earning his salary but doing minimal work with major mistakes! The last straw came when he even admitted to the GM who tried to give him one more chance by telling him that he is actually waiting for the company trip. After coming back from the trip, he will resign! That made everyone who 'trusted' him woke up!

Talk about him being smart and having the potential to be a planner! He sure planned his own departure!

As for SQ, she had been a problem since Jan 2011 but I don't know why my boss could tolerate her absence from work - MC used to be once a week, or alternate weeks, but once we highlighted the issue to her, it was 3 days MC in a row, once a fortnight!

Sigh.... in her short stint here with us, she had already taken about 20 days of MC or more! The most ridiculous part was - she never produced the MCs at all! The illnesses ranged from flu, sinus, bad cold, anemic, sore eyes, diarrhea, and most recently she's being 'diagnosed with minor heart disease'.

Whoever who is going to hire her next, GOOD LUCK!

The day the earth shook

11th March 2011 - An earthquake of magnitude 9.0 hit Japan, and triggered a deadly tsunamis that practically destroyed the entire Fukushima & Sendai areas.

The worst is yet to be over when the nuclear plants started to explode and emitted radiation that became harmful to human beings.

I pray that the Japanese will survive this ordeal.

Hopes of locating survivors may seem to be wiped off completely, but I pray hard that help would reach those surviving with little food, water and warmth to live on, and be stronger.
