Scrumptious Lunch at Bussorah Street

Today afternoon, Su brought me to a Turkish & Mediterranean Restaurant at Bussorah Street for lunch and I must say the food was yummy!!! It definitely brought back memories of my Turkish trip.... the kebab.... the iznik tiles.... the handpainted plates that hung on the restaurant walls.... and the cute Turkish chef with blue eyes! hahaha

We ordered a Karisik Kebab - combination of kebabs as our main course - and that 'red' coloured rice. After that, we also ordered desserts - Baklava (Turkish fitto pastry with pistachios) and the Sutlac (Baked Rice Pudding). I also ordered the Apple Tea, while Su ordered Turkish coffee.

Yum Yum Yum.... I think the food is definitely yummy! and the environment is pretty quiet and serene. We thought we saw a minister walk in for lunch as well! But as I'm not very interested in politics, I don't even know who he was when Su ppointed out to me that there's this guy who's very familiar and is one of the ministers... OOPS.....

I will definitely bring my friends to this restaurant to try the other delicious stuff they have! Hopefully the standards will remain as good as what I've tried and tasted today!
